Update: Man, 32, Wounded In Trenton Shooting

UPDATED: A 32-year-old Trenton man was hospitalized on Tuesday night after being shot, authorities said.

The shooting occurred at 8:57 p.m. at 239 E. Hanover and North Stockton streets.

Trenton patrol officers arrived and found multiple shell casings in the area, a police spokesman said.

While officers were on scene, they were notified of a gunshot victim arriving at Capital Health Reginal Medical Center by a private vehicle, police said.

The shooting victim was identified as Quymaire Kelly. 

Kelly was treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, police said.

The investigation is ongoing and is being conducted by Detective Nicholas Hogan and the Mercer County Shooting Response Team.
